Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts you conclude via the website mbcapitals.com with Maximilian Bossow, Bonnaskenplatz 6, 03044 Cottbus, Germany (“MB Capitals”, “we” or “us”). Our offer is directed at consumers aged 18 or older.

(1) Mini-Course: a digital course on prop firm trading with 23 video lessons in five modules, plus a rule sheet as a PDF and one question by email to Maximilian Bossow, which he answers personally. You receive access by email. Access does not expire and includes lessons we add to the Mini-Course later, at no extra cost.

(2) WhatsApp Support: you can ask Maximilian Bossow your questions directly on WhatsApp. The Mini-Course is not included.

(3) Coaching with live calls: offered by invitation only and cannot be booked on this website.

(4) All services are for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial or investment advice, signals, trade recommendations or recommendations on specific financial instruments. We do not owe any particular learning, evaluation or trading outcome. Whether and how you trade is your decision.

(1) The packages shown on the website are not a binding offer.

(2) You choose a package and click the buy button. You are taken to the checkout page of our payment provider Stripe. There you see the service and the total price and, for WhatsApp Support, the term and renewal, and you enter your contact and payment details. By ticking the box on the checkout page, you accept these Terms and agree that we may begin before the withdrawal period ends. By clicking “Pay”, you make a binding offer.

(3) Until you complete the payment, you can review and correct your entries or stop the process by closing the checkout page or returning to the website with the arrow at the top left.

(4) The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. The confirmation includes the contract details, these Terms and the Cancellation Policy.

(5) The contract language is English. There is no customer account containing the contract text; you receive the contract text with the confirmation email. You can access, save and print these Terms at any time at mbcapitals.com/en/terms.

(1) All prices are total prices in US dollars (USD) or British pounds (GBP), in the currency shown when you order, including any applicable value added tax.

(2) Mini-Course: $297.00 or £247.00, one-time, for orders placed up to and including Dec 31, 2026 (launch price); $597.00 or £497.00, one-time, for orders placed from Jan 1, 2027; each due with your order. The price shown on the checkout page when you order applies.

(3) WhatsApp Support: $199.00 or £179.00 per month, due at the start of each monthly term.

(4) You pay by credit or debit card via Stripe.

(1) WhatsApp Support initially runs for one month from the conclusion of the contract and then renews automatically for one further month at a time unless you cancel.

(2) You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current monthly term.

(3) You can cancel using the “Cancel subscription” button on our website (mbcapitals.com/en/cancel-subscription) or in text form, for example by email to info@mbcapitals.com.

(4) The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

(1) In addition to your statutory rights, we give a voluntary guarantee for the Mini-Course: if you have watched all lessons and the course has not helped you, we refund the full purchase price.

(2) All you need to do is send an informal email to info@mbcapitals.com within 14 days of your purchase, confirming that you have watched all lessons. You do not have to give any other reason. We refund via the payment method you used. Your access to the Mini-Course ends with the refund.

(3) The guarantee does not apply to WhatsApp Support. Your statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights, remain unaffected.

(1) The content of the Mini-Course and of WhatsApp Support is protected by copyright. You may use it for personal purposes only.

(2) Reselling and sharing with third parties are prohibited. This also applies to your login details.

As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal as set out in our Cancellation Policy (mbcapitals.com/en/cancellation-policy). You can also withdraw using the “Withdraw from contract” button on our website.

The statutory provisions apply.

These Terms and the contract are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
